1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• “WINLegally,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the legal business solutions startup offering our services to businesses.

• “Services” refers to the products and services that we provide to our clients, including but not limited to business registration, legal advice, and compliance support.

• “Client” refers to the business or individual that has engaged us to provide services to them.

• “Agreement” refers to the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between us and the client.

2. Agreement

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use our services.

3. Scope of Services

We offer a range of legal business solutions to our clients, including but not limited to business registration, legal advice, and compliance support. Our services are designed to help our clients operate their businesses in compliance with the laws and regulations of the countries they operate in.

4. Engagement

To engage our services, the client must sign an engagement letter and MSA (Master Services Agreement) that sets out the scope of our services, the fees payable, and the terms and conditions that govern the engagement.

5. Fees

The client agrees to pay the fees set out in the engagement letter and MSA and corresponding SOWs (statement of work) to such MSA. Our fees are calculated based on the scope of the services and the time required to complete them.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients’ information. We will not disclose any information about our clients or their businesses without their consent, except where required by law.

 

7. Liability

Our liability to the client is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the services provided by us. The client must prove such damages caused by our services in court of law under the jurisdiction of the governing law set before under these terms and conditions. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except were caused by our negligence or breach of these terms and conditions.

 

8. Termination

The client may terminate the engagement at any time by giving written notice to us for at least 30 days in advance. We may terminate the engagement if the client breaches these terms and conditions or fails to pay our fees and have right to recover the said fees through litigation and without litigation for the work already done.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in of Laws of republic of India. Under the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
